GOV.01

Chairperson

A senior industry leader, ideally from a large robotics manufacturer or deployer with established government relationships. Appointed by founding members. Term of two years, renewable once.

GOV.02

Vice Chairperson

Represents the SME and startup segment to ensure the committee's agenda is not dominated by large corporates. Appointed by full and associate members.

GOV.03

Governing Council

Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, founding-member nominees, and two independent members. Sets the annual agenda, approves the budget, and oversees the five work streams.

GOV.04

Work Stream Leads

Each of the five streams is led by a senior member-company representative. Leads chair the quarterly working-group meetings and are accountable to the governing council for deliverables.

GOV.05

Secretariat

A dedicated subject-matter expert manages day-to-day operations, member communications, event coordination, and publication production, reporting to the council through the Chairperson.
